Fees for private mindfulness programs are $275/75 minute session, including recommended recordings and supporting handouts.
All prospective clients are offered a free 15 minute consultation.
The services of a Registered Social Worker, a Registered Psychotherapist, or a Certified Canadian Counsellor may be covered through your extended health care benefits plan. You are responsible for ensuring coverage under any extended health care benefits plans you have access to, and for submitting your own extended health care claims. After receiving payment, I will provide you with an official receipt you can use to submit to your insurance or for income tax purposes.
If you, or someone you care for is living with cancer, you might be eligible for free services through Wellspring. Please contact them directly for more information. They offer short-term counselling free of charge, as well as access to many group programs. I am proud to be a program leader with this organization.
