Individual Counselling
My counselling and psychotherapy techniques are based on respected, well-researched, evidence-based, compassionate approaches. We work as a team exploring how your lived experiences, thoughts, and beliefs influence how you see yourself, other people, and the world. Together, we explore new habits of mind that better serve your goals, intentions, and values. All meetings take place virtually, either through secure videoconferencing or by phone in some cases.
Each person comes to counselling with different hopes and needs. Some people prefer more structure, while others prefer more open-ended, informal meetings. You may find one or a few meetings to be all you need, or you may want longer term or occasional support.
