
In our work together, you can expect hopeful, practical approaches based on respected theoretical foundations. If you have specific goals, that's where we will start. However, many people are not sure what to expect from counselling or how to prepare. If that’s you, don’t worry! I will guide us through a collaborative process and we can figure out together what will be most helpful for you. You may find one or a few meetings to be all you need, or you may want longer term or occasional support.
